Website Probs finally solved!

So, it took me about 2 weeks of searching and trying many, many, many different things in order to get my website to finally work so that I can post pictures onto my website with Windows Live Writer.

Turns out it was a certain file on my website that is generated by Wordpress, and somehow or other it got messed up during the upgrade I did to version 2.8.

Now, this is NOT a file that can just be downloaded and off you go. Instead, it is a special, un-named file that gets generated when you change your options within Wordpress, specifically the changes in how posts are stored on the site.

And one of the things that this file does is puts photos into their proper folders within my website. Since this file was corrupted, the system had no clue where to put photographs, so it reported an error and refused to post anything that had a picture in it.

But now that I have managed to find that file, make a few modifications to it, and get it back onto the site with the changes, I can now post photos onto the site again!

And since I used a picture of my truck for the test post, I am going to leave it in this post (which is the same post, just retitled and more detail added).
